Empire Twin Palms

This used to be a cool shop. Not sure if they have a new owner but it’s time for me to look for a new shop. The deals suck, the prices skyrocketed, the process of checking out completely changed and it’s just terrible management. Don’t waste your time coming here, they have a lot of changes going on which causes delays. Stay away for awhile. People at the pick up window are terrible and have an ugly attitude like it’s our fault for the changes their management are creating. The system used to work fine!

This place has lost a lot of business due. To being racist and being very unprofessional. I had a horrible experience at empire twin palms in Riverside California. There is employees there that are racist. One employee let me in then after letting me in I was told to leave the dispensary for 5 more minutes then as I leave out you hear the employees laughing. I'm a full grown man I don't come to the dispensary to play games. However while waiting in the lobby as requested for more minutes. The door rep place my order for me. So when I go in the dispensary I'm told by the same racist employee told me that they don't have what I ordered at the front door. as he is explaining to me that they don't have what I ordered the employee roles his eyes at me with a horrible tone as if he has a personal problem with me. I then asked for his manager he as ask why I explained I didn't like his attitude. Asked for his manager the manager Marlena she said she was the store manager she came out very defensive with and attitude as well. Advised her of her attitude says she is the store manager no one else to talk to above her. I will leave a review every time I get chance. I hope people read this and see how there treating people. Very unprofessional

2nd time coming here and not bad at all...Great customer service both times...placed order online husband walked in but apparently we could have just texted them and they would have came curbside which is the absolute best. Small place and small parking lot but never packed...people always coming in and out but you always can find parking and they don't take forever... definitely check them out!

Hands down 5*. Exceptional customer service from normal days to days like the anniversary this year-customer service handles everything well from the door of receptionist to until I leave. Yes while it is a little pricier for product, I appreciate the high quality knowledge, teamwork, education and friendliness the team provides. I also appreciate how they added my med card to my existing account after I received my medical card, allowing me more product access.
